Wild Discus they communicate with us by colors .

One of the reasons we fell in love with Discus , is its colors !! The splendor of the same, the vivid and brilliant colors that have manage to reflect their health status ...

                                          see in HD YouTube Video

The natural colors of the Wild Discus are really special and unique. Mother nature provides a diversity of intense colors. But in order to observe these colors they need to be in an excellent state of health. When we observe with a good light these intense colors we are before Wild Discus !!  If the Ph in the Wild Discus is important for us to observe your colors, your health status too.

Wild Discus with base, dark colors is a negative sign, a sign that something is not right.

Colors change very quickly. Just change the wild discus from one aquarium to another the color changes. When they leave their natural environment, the Wild Discus has very dark colors, sometimes getting black. In addition to stress, the Wild Discus live on the run from predators. Its colors are pale, its bars of stress constant , contrary to what we can observe in aquariums. In fact it is extremely difficult and only with much experience to understand what color the Discu will have in the future.

In the aquariums during the quarantine they begin to gain color and to realize that they are in a safe place, without predators where the food constantly falls to their side.

This color takes months to win and sometimes a change of water can leave them stressed and dark. Therefore we always recommend that hobbyists should move as little as possible inside the Aquariums to avoid stressing the Wild Discus and water changes, the chemistry of the water should be as even as possible.

The color also depends on another factor the feed has that we will address in another article on this blog. As well as the quality of water as it is logical. The color also depends on another factor the feed has that address will be in another article on this blog. Just as water quality is logical. But something no one doubts the colors of the Wild Discus communicate with everyone who keeps them.
